1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Glint ("the Service"), operated by Aurora Zing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Glint is an AI visibility monitoring platform that tracks how brands appear in responses from AI language models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity. The Service provides visibility scores, sentiment analysis, and competitor tracking.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record). All payments are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Abuse the free scan feature through automated or excessive requests
• Misrepresent the data provided by the Service

6. Data Accuracy

Glint queries third-party AI models and reports their responses. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of AI model responses. Visibility scores are based on sampling and may not represent complete coverage. The Service is provided for informational purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aurora Zing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Aurora Zing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
